corresponding last drawn salary "corresponding last drawn salary" means the corresponding last drawn salary as defined under subsection (2) of section 6;

corresponding last drawn salary "corresponding last drawn salary" means, in the case of a Judge to whom any of the current salaries does not apply by virtue of his having retired or died prior to the implementation of the current salaries, the equivalent salary that he would have drawn under the First Schedule had he held office as Judge on such implementation and had the appropriate current salary been applied to his case;
